Shipping Policy
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Most of the orders are received by our customer at their doorstep within 7 days. But to be on the safer side and give you a clear picture, kindly read our shipping policy Below.
Please note our shipping policy as follows:
- We now deliver to all parts of India. We currently do not ship anywhere outside India.
- Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
- We ship each item in your order within 6 working days of the order. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 6 days of the order, we shall send you an email informing you about the same. If you decide to cancel the order, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded; in the manner you have made the payment.
- We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays
- To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
- While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
- If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care 080-42101367 (Between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm) or mail us at info@oyegirl.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges for one product will be Rs.50
- Maximum shipping Charges per order will be Rs.100
